Passionate about local food and wines, we love sharing our knowledge of the region’s mouth-watering produce and ingredients: the finest jamón ibérico de bellota, rich sherry from Jerez, delectable olives from Seville, gourmet cheeses from Cádiz, fresh shellfish from Huelva, and tropical fruits from Granada and Málaga.

Immerse yourself in the vibrant market life with our insider’s experience, savoring the sights and smells of this traditional market as we introduce you to vendors and their local products. With our deep knowledge of Triana Market, we’re excited to offer you unique insights into the history and traditions behind the gastronomy that forms the rich tapestry of Andalusian and Spanish cuisine.

Some of the stops and over 15 tastings include:

  • Seasonal fruits from Southern Spain.
  • Various types of table olives from Seville.
  • A variety of Iberian charcuterie, including of course Jamón Ibérico, made from pure Black Iberian pigs.

  • A range of sherry wines, from the driest Manzanilla to the sweetest Pedro Ximénez.

How do the classes and tours work?

Once you have booked an activity, you can make any changes or cancel it up to 48 hours before the start time for a full refund.

Remember that you must notify us in advance if any of the people participating in the activity has any food allergy or restriction. 

The classes and tours may be canceled if a minimum number of participants is not reached. We would notify you more than 48 hours in advance and try to reschedule you. In case this is not possible, a full refund will be made.
