Our Company
Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC) was founded in 2014 with the aim of showcasing the richness of Andalusian and Spanish gastronomy to visitors from around the world while also offering international and themed culinary experiences for the local community.
To bring this vision to life, we chose a truly unique location: Triana Market in Seville, one of the city’s most iconic food markets. Renowned for its lively atmosphere and outstanding selection of fresh, local, and seasonal produce, the market provides the perfect setting for an authentic culinary experience. Being located inside the market makes us proud to be part of its long tradition as placeros (market vendors). In fact, we are one of the very few cooking schools in the world situated within a traditional food market.
Since then, we have expanded to four fully equipped kitchens across three different venues, all located in the heart of the Triana neighbourhood and within easy walking distance of one another. Each space has been designed to combine gastronomy, learning, and enjoyment in a unique and inspiring environment.
At Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC), we offer hands-on cooking classes for all skill levels. Lasting just a few hours, our workshops cover a wide variety of cuisines and themes, catering to both local residents and international visitors. All classes are led by professional chefs with extensive experience in both the culinary world and culinary education, ensuring an engaging, informative, and enjoyable experience.
Every class concludes with a shared lunch or dinner, where participants enjoy the dishes they have prepared together, accompanied by a selection of drinks. To help you recreate the experience at home, you’ll also receive a complete recipe booklet at the end of the class.
In addition to our regular schedule of public cooking classes, which can be booked individually or as a group, we organize tailor-made private events for families, friends, and companies. These range from interactive cooking workshops to competitive or collaborative team-building experiences. We also host a variety of gastronomic events, including tastings, product launches, live cooking demonstrations, and other bespoke culinary experiences.
