Spanish Cooking Class and Dinner (Evening)

There is no better way to discover Seville’s culinary traditions than by stepping into a real Spanish kitchen and sharing a cooking experience with a professional chef.

During this collaborative cooking class in the heart of Triana, you will work together with your group and our chefs to prepare traditional Spanish recipes step by step. Everyone takes part in creating the menu together, making this a fun and social experience where food becomes a way to connect.

This experience is suitable for all levels — from beginners who want to discover Spanish cooking to food lovers looking for an authentic gastronomic experience in Seville.

During the class, you will prepare a selection of traditional Spanish dishes:

  • Salmorejo — a classic Andalusian cold tomato soup (occasionally replaced by Gazpacho)
  • Spinach with Chickpeas — a traditional Sevillian recipe (occasionally replaced by Huevos a la Flamenca, Cod Fritters, or Garlic Prawns)
  • Paella Valenciana — prepared with chicken and seasonal vegetables
    (For vegetarian guests, we prepare a separate vegetable paella)
  • A light traditional dessert, such as lemon sorbet with cava

All our recipes can be adapted to dietary restrictions. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare the best possible experience for you.

During the cooking session, you will also enjoy homemade sangria. Afterwards, sit down together and enjoy the dishes you have created, accompanied by up to two drinks per person (wine, beer, soft drinks, etc.).

At the end of the class, you will get the recipes and our chefs’ tips so you can recreate these Spanish dishes back home.

Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC) has 4 fully equipped kitchens located across 3 different spaces, all situated in the Triana neighborhood and within walking distance of each other. Occasionally, due to organizational reasons, the class may take place at one of our nearby kitchen venues on Calle Castilla or Plaza de Chapina. Both are only a few minutes’ walk from Triana Market. If there is any change of location, we will inform you at least 48 hours in advance.

For evening classes, access to the market is through Calle Callao, at the beginning of Calle Castilla, in the small alley next to the bar called “CALLAO”. There you will find an entrance to Mercado de Triana. Once inside, go upstairs and turn left; our kitchen is located in the last aisle of the market.

How do the classes and tours work?

Once you have booked an activity, you can make any changes or cancel it up to 48 hours before the start time for a full refund.

Remember that you must notify us in advance if any of the people participating in the activity has any food allergy or restriction. 

The classes and tours may be canceled if a minimum number of participants is not reached. We would notify you more than 48 hours in advance and try to reschedule you. In case this is not possible, a full refund will be made.

Practical, hands-on and adapted to all levels

All our classes at Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC) are practical, hands-on and adapted to all levels. Suitable for adults and children, they are taught by professional chefs and they are designed so that all the participants collaborate in the preparation of all the recipes. We do a common preparation of each of the recipes, in which all attendees participate, guided by our professional chefs to ensure that the result is the best.

Lunch / Dinner included

Our classes conclude by eating what has been cooked accompanied by some drinks. Please check before booking what is included and what is not.

At the end of the class, you will get the recipes in pdf format, so you don’t lose them and you can practice at home.
