How do the classes and tours work?

If you want to do a cooking class at Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC), you just have to search our website for the class that you like the most, click on the “Book Here” button and you will be redirected to our Bookeo page. Then you will have to choose a date and time that it is scheduled and that suits you, check that there is availability of places and formalize the reservation following the instructions.

Once you have formalized the reservation, you can make any changes or cancel it at least 48 hours before the start of the class, after that date the full amount will be lost.

We kindly ask you to tell us in advance if there are any allergies or food restrictions that affect you when booking.

Classes may be canceled if a minimum number of participants is not reached. We would notify you more than 48 hours in advance.

When you come to the cooking class you will find our staff waiting for you with everything ready to start. You do not have to bring anything and you will have a kitchen station waiting for you with an apron, cutting board, knife/s and/or any utensil necessary to cook the recipes of the selected class. In addition, all the ingredients for the class will be ready out on the counter, and our staff will begin the class by explaining what is going to be cooked, the dynamics of the class, and any other necessary information.

Practical, hands-on and adapted to all levels

All our classes at Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC) are practical, hands-on and adapted to all levels. Suitable for adults and children, they are taught by professional chefs and they are designed so that all the participants collaborate in the preparation of all the recipes. We do a common preparation of each of the recipes, in which all attendees participate, guided by our professional chefs to ensure that the result is the best.

Lunch / Dinner included

Our classes conclude by eating what has been cooked accompanied by some drinks. Please check before booking what is included and what is not.

Recipes in PDF format

At the end of the class, we send the recipes by email in pdf format, so you don’t lose them and you can practice at home.

I have a Gift Voucher

If you’ve received a Gift Voucher for an in-person class or tour at Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC) and would like to redeem it, all you need to do is following the instructions that you find on the voucher: visit the link that appears on your voucher and insert the voucher code to redeem it. Once your code has been validated, you will be able to choose a date and time that it is scheduled and that suits you, check that there is availability of places and formalize the reservation following the instructions.

You can search directly on the web in the CLASSES AND TOURS section, select the class or tour that you have been gifted and click on the “Redeem” button. Once your reservation is confirmed, you may modify or cancel it up to 48 hours before the workshop begins. After that time, the gift voucher will no longer be valid.

Please remember to let us know in advance if anyone attending the workshop has any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Cancellation Policy

You may modify or cancel registration for an open workshop up to 48 hours before it begins, retaining the paid amount or the validity of the Gift Voucher for another workshop at a later date. A maximum of three date changes per reservation is permitted.

If the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or if you do not attend the workshop, the payment or the Gift Voucher will be forfeited (except in the case of a death in the immediate family or the participant’s hospitalization, which must be proven by official documentation).

If we are forced to cancel an activity because the minimum viable number of participants is not met, or for any other reason (except force majeure beyond our control), you will be notified immediately and we will offer an alternative or refund your payment. We reserve the right to cancel any activity for any reason at our discretion, without the cancellation giving rise to any compensation beyond refunding the amount already paid for the cancelled workshop.

Reservations made with a Gift Voucher also allow changes and cancellations, but not refunds of the voucher amount, even if the cancellation was made by us. In those cases we will offer you the option of participating in another cooking workshop.

Making a reservation at Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC) implies acceptance of these conditions.

These cancellation conditions do not apply to private workshops contracted as team buildings, events, or cooking parties, which have different conditions specified here.
