Spanish Cooking Class and Dinner (Evening)

Let a professional chef reveal the intricacies of working in a Spanish kitchen during this collaborative cooking class in the heart of Triana, where you will work together with your group and our chefs to prepare traditional Spanish recipes step by step. Everyone takes part in creating the menu together, making this a fun and social experience where food becomes a way to connect.
This experience is suitable for all levels — from beginners who want to discover Spanish cooking to food lovers looking for an authentic gastronomic experience in Seville.
During the class, you will prepare a selection of traditional Spanish dishes:
- Salmorejo — a classic Andalusian cold tomato soup (occasionally replaced by Gazpacho)
- Spinach with Chickpeas — a traditional Sevillian recipe (occasionally replaced by Huevos a la Flamenca, Cod Fritters, or Garlic Prawns)
- Paella Valenciana — prepared with chicken and seasonal vegetables
(For vegetarian guests, we prepare a separate vegetable paella) - A light traditional dessert, such as lemon sorbet with cava
All our recipes can be adapted to dietary restrictions. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare the best possible experience for you.
During the cooking session, you will also enjoy homemade sangria. Afterwards, sit down together and enjoy the dishes you have created, accompanied by up to two drinks per person (wine, beer, soft drinks, etc.).
At the end of the class, you will get the recipes and our chefs’ tips so you can recreate these Spanish dishes back home.

Andalusian Tapas Cooking Class
75,00 €Vista rápidaDiscover the authentic flavours of Andalusia in a hands-on cooking class in the heart of Seville’s iconic Triana neighbourhood. Guided by one of our professional chefs, you’ll prepare four traditional Andalusian tapas from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients inspired by local markets.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced home cook, this collaborative cooking experience is designed for everyone. Working side by side with your chef and the rest of the group, you’ll learn authentic recipes, practical cooking techniques and the stories behind some of Andalusia’s most iconic dishes in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Our menu changes slightly throughout the year to make the most of seasonal ingredients, but a typical class includes four traditional tapas such as:
- Salmorejo (or Gazpacho or Ajoblanco)
- Spinach with Chickpeas (or Huevos a la Flamenca or Spanish Potato Omelette)
- Cod Fritters (or Gambas al Ajillo)
- Iberian Pork Cheeks (or Patatas con Choco)
During the class, you’ll enjoy homemade sangría while you cook. Once everything is ready, you’ll sit down to savour the delicious meal you’ve prepared together, accompanied by two drinks per person (Spanish wine, beer or soft drinks) and a light refreshing dessert.
At the end of the experience, you’ll get all the recipes together with plenty of tips from our chefs, so you can recreate authentic Andalusian tapas at home and impress your family and friends.
Most dietary requirements can be accommodated, simply let us know in advance and we’ll adapt the menu whenever possible.
