How do the classes and tours work?

If you would like to join a cooking class at Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC), simply browse our website and choose the class you like the most. Click the “Book Here” button to be redirected to our Bookeo booking page.

From there, select the date and time that best suits you, check availability, and complete your reservation by following the instructions.

Once your reservation has been confirmed, you may modify or cancel it up to 48 hours before the start of the class. After that time, the full amount paid will be forfeited.

Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions when making your reservation.

Classes may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not reached. If this happens, we will notify you at least 48 hours in advance.

When you arrive for your cooking class, our team will be ready to welcome you. You don’t need to bring anything. Your workstation will already be prepared with an apron, cutting board, knives, and all the utensils required for the class. All the ingredients will also be laid out and ready to use.

At the beginning of the session, our chefs will introduce the recipes you will prepare, explain how the class works, and provide any additional information you may need.

Practical, Hands-on, and Suitable for All Levels

All our classes at Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC) are practical, hands-on, and suitable for participants of all skill levels. They are designed for both adults and children and are taught by professional chefs.

Each class is highly interactive, with all participants working together to prepare every recipe under the guidance of our chefs, ensuring an enjoyable experience and excellent results.

Lunch or Dinner Included

At the end of each class, everyone enjoys the dishes prepared during the workshop, accompanied by a selection of drinks.

Recipes in PDF Format

At the end of the class, you will receive all the recipes in PDF format so you can recreate them at home whenever you like.

I Have a Gift Voucher

If you have received a Gift Voucher for an in-person class or tour at Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC), redeeming it is very easy.

Simply follow the instructions included on your voucher. Visit the link provided, enter your voucher code, and once it has been validated, choose the date and time that best suits you, check availability, and complete your reservation.

Alternatively, you can visit the Classes & Tours section of our website, select the class or tour included in your gift voucher, and click the “Redeem” button. Then follow the same booking process described above.

Cancellation Policy

You may modify or cancel your reservation for an open workshop up to 48 hours before it begins. In this case, you may transfer your payment or the value of your Gift Voucher to another workshop at a later date. A maximum of three date changes per reservation is allowed.

If the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before the workshop, or if you fail to attend, the payment or Gift Voucher will be forfeited. The only exceptions are the hospitalization of the participant or the death of an immediate family member, both of which must be supported by official documentation.

If we are required to cancel an activity because the minimum number of participants has not been reached, or for any other reason beyond force majeure, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you either an alternative date or a full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel any activity at our discretion. In such cases, our liability is limited to refunding the amount already paid for the cancelled workshop.

Reservations made using a Gift Voucher may also be modified or cancelled, but the voucher itself is non-refundable, even if the cancellation is initiated by us. In these cases, we will offer you the opportunity to attend another cooking workshop.

By making a reservation with Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC), you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

Please note that these cancellation policies do not apply to private workshops, team-building events, private celebrations, or cooking parties, which are subject to separate booking conditions.
