    There’s no better way to dive into Spain’s extraordinary culinary identity than with a cooking class.

    Let a professional chef reveal the intricacies of working in a Spanish kitchen during a hands-on cooking class. Work side by side with your chef while enjoying homemade sangria, and learn how to combine ingredients and spices to achieve the unique flavors that set Spanish food apart.

    We will prepare a traditional Spanish feast, consisting of three courses and a light dessert:

    • Salmorejo (alternatively Gazpacho).
    • Espinacas con Garbanzos (alternatively Huevos a la Flamenca, Buñuelos de Bacalao, or Gambas al Ajillo).
    • Paella Valenciana (chicken and seasonal vegetables). We will prepare a vegetable paella separately if there are any vegetarians in the group.
    • A light dessert such as lemon sorbet with cava.

    All of our recipes can be adapted to most dietary restriction. Please advise in advance if a change in the menu is required.

    All ingredients and materials are provided by the school and at the end of the class, guests enjoy the dishes they’ve prepared, accompanied by up to two drinks (soft drinks, Spanish wine, or local beer).

    Once back home, you will be able to practice what you have learnt. We will send you all of the recipes and lots of tips!

    Tapas, ranging from simple appetizers to sophisticated dishes, are served in small portions that delight the palate. In this exciting 3-hour Andalusian cooking class, you’ll dive into the preparation of 4 traditional tapas, culminating the experience with a glass of exquisite Andalusian dessert wine.

    During the class, you’ll have the chance to get hands-on with each dish, guided step-by-step by a professional chef with whom you’ll work side by side. Our sessions are designed for both novice and experienced cooks, offering the opportunity to learn and refine new techniques and culinary skills.

    The seasonal menu includes 4 Andalusian tapas: 

    • Salmorejo (alternatively Gazpacho). 
    • Spinach with Chickpeas (alternatively Huevos a la Flamenca or Spanish Omelette). 
    • Codfish Fritters (alternatively Gambas al Ajillo). 
    • Iberian Pork Cheeks. 

    All of our recipes can be adapted to most dietary restriction. Please advise in advance if a change in the menu is required.

    At the end of the class, you’ll sit down to enjoy the delicious dishes you’ve prepared, accompanied by 2 drinks per person (wine, beer, soft drinks, etc.).
