I booked this for myself since my husband was working. It was great! You meet at the market, stalls 75-77. 12 people to a class. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. We toured some of the vendors in the market, then headed back for cooking class! A beautiful homemade soup, side appetizer and then Paella! Met some great friends from all over the US and we all participated in the meal prep. Chef Domenico was gracious and fun! We had sangria, wine, water and other beverages were offered. A highlight of any trip to Seville if you love food and cooking!

Recommended introduction to triana market with samples of the vast choices of food & wines
Excellent introduction to triana market and local foods. Starting point the cooking school at stall 77 inside the market. Small group meant we could easily hear and ask questions. Markets food choice is so vast and this gave a useful start of olive varieties, spices, dried tuna, charcuterie and mini desserts plus 3 wines/sherry samples.

Fun gastronomic experience
Guia was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide at the Mercado de Triana. Chef Leo was a fun instructor who helped us go outside our comfort zone! Definitely would recommend this experience when you visit Sevilla!

Learnt lots and ate well
A very well run course with a good amount of participation and instruction. All the food cooked was really good and as one of our group had an allergy this was handled with no issues. Both the quality and quantity of food and drink were right for a nice evening out.

Esperienza super carina da fare in gruppo o anche da soli, perchè nel caso si conoscono altre persone :) noi (gruppo di amiche) abbiamo fatto il tour del mercato che è stato molto interessante e poi abbiamo cucinato 3 portate con due cuoche eccezionali! Alla fine abbiamo concluso l'appuntamento mangiando tutti assieme ciò che abbiamo cucinato ed era tutto delizioso. inoltre le becande sono incluse! Con anche la sangria e un piccolo dolce alla fine. Alla fine ti inviano per email tutte le ricette dei piatti cucinati, davvero tutto ottimo. Grazie mille!

This might be the best thing we have done on a trip! 3 1/2 hours of a great time (and a quick return to the Triana market to buy a few things) The market tour was informative and helped to minimize the potential for chaos there ( it gets pretty crowded). The class was a mix of fun, learning by doing, cultural, educational, and delicious. 12 people was a perfect class size. Questions were always welcome and answered. And our lunch was delicious! Now we know about AUTHENTIC sangria and AUTHENTIC paella. They check and accommodate if you have food allergies. 3 courses, desert, sangria, and wine. There were suggestions for restaurants at the end (by neighborhood) - and we saw some of our classmates at one that night!

Die kleine Tour durch den Markt am Anfang war informativ. Der Kochkurs war sehr lustig und kurzweilig. Wir hatten eine gute Gruppe und haben viel gelacht. Die Erläuterungen waren klar und nachvollziehbar. Es gab für alle etwas zu tun. Die neidischen Blicke von vorbeigehenden Touristen haben uns angespornt. Alles war sehr lecker, wir werden die Rezepte zu Hause sicher nachkochen.

Highlight of Seville visit.
WOW!!! It was so much fun to cook with Dominic. It was just the two of us which made it so special. We shopped in the market first and Dominic knows everyone there. He had all the ingredients ready. We cooked a cold soup typical to Spain, paella with rabbit and chicken, and a delicious spinach and chick pea stew that I will cook weekly now that I'm back in US. All the wine, water, beer you could want. Highly recommend.

Participamos en este curso de cocina siendo un grupo de 12 personas francesas y lo pasamos realmente bien. Preparamos tres platos típicos —paella, salmorejo y garbanzos con espinacas— y todos quedaron deliciosos. La limpieza impecable del espacio y el cuidado en la manipulación de los alimentos merecen una mención especial. Y no podemos olvidarnos de Leo, el cocinero, al que terminamos literalmente aclamando. Su simpatía, su manera de enseñar y su pasión por la cocina hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún más memorable. Una actividad divertida, sabrosa y totalmente recomendable para descubrir la gastronomía sevillana desde dentro.
