Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC) has 4 fully equipped kitchens spread across 3 different locations, all situated in the Triana neighborhood and within walking distance of each other. These spaces allow us to offer a wide range of activities tailored to the needs and tastes of our clients. We mainly conduct in-person Cooking Workshops, but also offer Incentive or Team Building activities, Cooking Parties, Tastings, Product Presentations, and Show Cookings. We also provide the option to rent the space for private events.

MARKET KITCHENS
Inside the Triana Market, we have two independent kitchens located side by side, separated by a door.

The first kitchen accommodates up to 16 people. It is a large, open space facing the market, making it perfect for any type of gastronomic event or activity such as showcookings, product presentations, and events for media and the general public.

This kitchen features a large central island equipped with burners and plenty of space for cooking. Its open layout creates a perfect immersion in the atmosphere of the Triana Market, making the experience even more special.

Our second kitchen in the Triana Market holds up to 12 people. It also has a central island equipped for cooking and all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable cooking experience.

This kitchen is enclosed by a glass wall, creating a more intimate atmosphere and making it ideal for private events.

Despite the stated capacities, being traders within the Triana Market allows us to use different common areas in the market to carry out some of our activities. This enables us to host larger groups by dividing them and simultaneously offering cooking activities and guided market tours with tastings, culminating in a shared meal for the entire group.

Additionally, it’s important to highlight that as Triana Market traders, we hold a municipal license to conduct cooking classes and guided market tours.

CHAPINA KITCHEN
This space accommodates up to 24 people. It is a large, modern kitchen with an impressive central island featuring four cooking stations equipped with burners and induction cooktops.

Located between Plaza de Chapina and Paseo de La O, next to the Guadalquivir River, it offers a privileged, very quiet and intimate environment with wonderful river views. Its size and location make it a highly versatile space, perfect for organizing private events of all kinds.

CASTILLA KITCHEN
This space accommodates up to 24 people. It is a large, modern kitchen with an impressive central island featuring two cooking stations with five burners each.

Located at Castilla Street 101, at the corner with Magallanes Alley, in a very quiet area. Its size and location make it a highly versatile space, suitable for organizing private events of all kinds.
