GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: OPEN COOKING WORKSHOPS
Reservation Conditions
Taller Andaluz de Cocina (“TAC”) offers in-person open cooking workshops, which are available to book through our website, web.tallerandaluzdecocina.com, as well as through other authorised sales platforms.
Each workshop includes a description of its content and format, together with the scheduled date and start time. Participants are kindly requested to arrive at least 5 minutes before the workshop begins.
To make a reservation, simply browse our website, select your preferred workshop, choose an available date and time, and complete the booking by following the instructions provided. During the booking process, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, telephone number and, where applicable, details of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
Workshops can be searched either by category under the “Classes & Tours” section or by date in the “Calendar” section of our website. If you experience any difficulties making your reservation or require assistance, please contact us by telephone on +34 672 16 26 21 or by email at info@tallerandaluzdecocina.com.
Payment may be made online by credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway, via PayPal, or by redeeming a valid Gift Voucher. Once your booking has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Your reservation will only be considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received or the Gift Voucher has been validated.
Reservations may be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the workshop. After this deadline, the payment made or the Gift Voucher used will be forfeited.
Please ensure that you notify us in advance if any participant has food allergies, intolerances or other dietary requirements.
The workshop fee includes all ingredients and the equipment required to prepare the recipes.
Each kitchen has a maximum capacity of 16 participants (TAC has four independent kitchens); however, most workshops are limited to 12 participants to ensure the best possible experience.
Adults and children are welcome to attend our workshops. Participants under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Workshop fees are those published on our website, except in the event of a typographical error. All prices include VAT. If you require an invoice, please contact us after completing your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations for open cooking workshops may be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. In such cases, the amount paid or the Gift Voucher will remain valid and may be used for another workshop on a future date. A maximum of three date changes is permitted per reservation.
If a reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before the workshop begins, or if the participant fails to attend, the payment made or the Gift Voucher used will be forfeited. Exceptions will only be made in cases of the death of an immediate family member or the participant’s hospitalisation, provided that official supporting documentation is supplied.
If TAC is required to cancel a workshop because the minimum number of participants has not been reached, or for any other reason (except in cases of force majeure beyond our reasonable control), participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered either an alternative workshop or a full refund. TAC reserves the right to cancel any activity at its sole discretion. Such cancellation shall not give rise to any compensation other than reimbursement of the amount paid for the cancelled workshop.
Reservations made using a Gift Voucher may also be modified or cancelled in accordance with these terms. However, Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, even if TAC cancels the workshop. In such cases, the Gift Voucher will remain valid and may be redeemed for another cooking workshop.
Requests for changes or cancellations will only be accepted if submitted by email to info@tallerandaluzdecocina.com within the time limits specified above.
Participants may transfer their reservation to another person, provided TAC is informed before the workshop takes place.
By making a reservation with Taller Andaluz de Cocina (“TAC”), the participant acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
These cancellation terms do not apply to private workshops, corporate team-building events, cooking parties or other private activities, which are subject to separate terms and conditions set out below.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: PRIVATE COOKING WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

Clients must notify TAC in advance of any participant with food allergies, intolerances or other dietary requirements so that the activity can be adapted where reasonably possible.
Payment may be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card, PayPal or cash.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings for private activities may be modified or cancelled up to one week before the scheduled date, in which case the deposit paid will be refunded in full.

If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the activity begins, or if the group fails to attend, the full amount of the booking will be forfeited.
If TAC is required to cancel the activity, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and offered either an alternative date or a full refund. TAC reserves the right to cancel any activity at its sole discretion. Such cancellation shall not give rise to any compensation other than reimbursement of any amounts already paid for the cancelled activity.
