Terms and Conditions

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: OPEN COOKING WORKSHOPS

Reservation Conditions

Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC) offers in-person open cooking workshops that can be viewed on our website web.tallerandaluzdecocina.com, as well as on other platforms that sell them.

Each workshop has a section describing its content and how it works, along with the start date and time. We recommend arriving 5 minutes before the workshop begins.

To make a reservation, you simply browse our website for the workshop you like, choose a date and time that suits you, check for available spots, and formalize the booking following the instructions. We will ask you for your name, email, phone number, and any allergies or intolerances if applicable.

You can search directly on the website either by workshop in the “Classes and Tours” section or by date in the “Calendar” section. If you have any questions or problems making the reservation, you can contact us by phone at +34 672 16 26 21 or by email at info@tallerandaluzdecocina.com.

You can pay online with a credit or debit card through secure online payment gateways, via PayPal, or by using a Gift Voucher. Once you formalize the reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. The reservation is not considered officially confirmed until payment has been successfully received or the Gift Voucher validated.

Once you have made the reservation, you may modify it or cancel it at least 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop. After that deadline, the fee or the validity of the Gift Voucher will be forfeited.

Please remember to inform us in advance if anyone attending the class has allergies or dietary restrictions.

The class price includes the ingredients and all utensils required to prepare the recipes.

Our capacity is 16 people per kitchen (we have four kitchens), but most classes are limited to 12 people.

In workshops aimed at adults, children aged 14 or over are allowed provided they are accompanied by an adult. Minors under 18 are not permitted to participate in workshops that include alcoholic recipes.

The course fee is as listed on the website except in case of typographical error. All prices include VAT. If you need an invoice, you must contact us to request one.

Cancellation Policy

You may modify or cancel registration for an open workshop up to 48 hours before it begins, retaining the paid amount or the validity of the Gift Voucher for another workshop at a later date. A maximum of three date changes per reservation is permitted.

If the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or if you do not attend the workshop, the payment or the Gift Voucher will be forfeited (except in the case of a death in the immediate family or the participant’s hospitalization, which must be proven by official documentation).

If we are forced to cancel an activity because the minimum viable number of participants is not met, or for any other reason (except force majeure beyond our control), you will be notified immediately and we will offer an alternative or refund your payment. We reserve the right to cancel any activity for any reason at our discretion, without the cancellation giving rise to any compensation beyond refunding the amount already paid for the cancelled workshop.

Reservations made with a Gift Voucher also allow changes and cancellations, but not refunds of the voucher amount, even if the cancellation was made by us. In those cases we will offer you the option of participating in another cooking workshop.

Changes or cancellations are only valid when made by email to info@tallerandaluzdecocina.com within the times specified. The client may transfer their reservation to another person who will attend in their place.

Making a reservation at Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC) implies acceptance of these conditions.

These cancellation conditions do not apply to private workshops contracted as team buildings, events, or cooking parties, which have different conditions specified below.

GENERAL TERMS: CLOSED COOKING WORKSHOPS & PRIVATE EVENTS

Reservation Conditions

TAC has 4 independent kitchens where private activities can be held: Incentive or Team Building, Cooking Parties, Tastings, Product Presentations, and Show Cookings. We also offer online workshops and space rental for private events.

You can book any of these activities by contacting us directly by phone at +34 672 16 26 21 or email at info@tallerandaluzdecocina.com.

After confirming the date, finalizing the content of the activity, the number of participants, and any other relevant details, we require a 50% deposit to secure the date. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 7 days before the start of the activity.

Clients must inform in advance if anyone in the group has allergies or food restrictions, so we can adjust the content accordingly.

We accept payment in cash, bank transfer, PayPal, and credit or debit card.

Cancellation Policy

A private activity booking can be modified or cancelled up to one week before the scheduled date, in which case the deposit paid will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled during the week leading up to the workshop and up to 48 hours before it begins, the deposit will be forfeited. If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or if the group does not show up for the activity, the full amount of the event will be forfeited.

If we are forced to cancel the activity, you will be notified immediately and offered an alternative or a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel any activity for any reason at our discretion, without any compensation beyond reimbursement of amounts already paid for the cancelled activity.

Only changes and cancellations made by email to info@tallerandaluzdecocina.com within the specified times will be accepted.

Making a reservation at Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC) implies acceptance of these conditions.

These cancellation conditions apply as a general rule to private activities. However, we may agree with the client to different conditions specified in the contract or personalized quotation, which will prevail.
