Our Company
Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC) was founded in 2014 with the goal of showcasing the exceptional Andalusian and Spanish gastronomy to people from all over the world, while also offering international and themed cuisine experiences to the local public.
To do this, we chose a unique and unbeatable location: the Triana Market in Seville — a true culinary and cultural treasure of the city, known for its vibrant atmosphere and wide variety of fresh, local, and seasonal products. Our school is located inside this market, which makes us proud to be actual market vendors (“placeros”) and part of its rich history. In fact, we are one of the few cooking schools in the world located within a traditional food market.
Since then, we’ve grown and now have four fully equipped kitchens across three different venues, all located in the Triana neighborhood and just a short walk from one another. These are unique spaces where gastronomy, learning, and fun come together to create an unforgettable culinary experience.
At Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC), we offer hands-on cooking classes suitable for all levels. These sessions last a few hours and cover a wide range of themes, tailored to both local and international audiences. Our instructors are professional chefs with extensive experience in both cooking and teaching. They’ll guide you through an engaging, relaxed, and fun experience.
Each class ends with a shared meal — either lunch or dinner — where participants enjoy the dishes they’ve prepared, accompanied by a selection of drinks. And to make it even better, everyone receives the recipes at the end so they can recreate the experience at home.
We offer a wide program of open classes you can join individually or in groups. We also organize custom private events for friends or companies, which can be either participatory classes or competitive team-building-style activities. Additionally, we host a variety of other food-related events, such as tastings, product presentations, and more.
