What a super morning, we started with a colourful tour of the market led by Loki who gave us lots of interesting facts about the foodstuffs and market history. Then on to class where chef Anna taught us cooking skills and recipes that we will continue to use in future. Wonderful, professional and very friendly experience in the cooking school with Leo and Ana. Both incredibly knowledgeable and would highly recommend this lovely experience to learn some core Spanish dishes. Thanks for the lovely time
