Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC) has 4 fully equipped kitchens located across 3 different spaces, all situated in the Triana neighborhood and within walking distance of each other. 48 hours before your workshop, we will send you an email with the exact location where your class will take place.<\/p>\n

There are days when the Triana Food Market closes its doors in the evening. If you arrive for the cooking class and find the main doors closed, access is available through the gate on Calle Callao (at the end of Calle Castilla, in a small alley next to a bar called \u201cCallao\u201d). If that gate is also closed, there is a bell on the left-hand wall \u2014 ring it, and the market\u2019s maintenance staff will come to open the door for you.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do the classes and tours work?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Once you have booked an activity, you can make any changes or cancel it up to 48 hours before the start time for a full refund.<\/p>\n

Remember that you must notify us in advance if any of the people participating in the activity has any food allergy or restriction.\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n

The classes and tours may be canceled if a minimum number of participants is not reached. We would notify you more than 48 hours in advance and try to reschedule you. In case this is not possible, a full refund will be made.<\/p>\n

Practical, hands-on and adapted to all levels<\/strong><\/h3>\n

All our classes at Taller Andaluz de Cocina (TAC) are practical, hands-on and adapted to all levels. Suitable for adults and children, they are taught by professional chefs and they are designed so that all the participants collaborate in the preparation of all the recipes. We do a common preparation of each of the recipes, in which all attendees participate, guided by our professional chefs to ensure that the result is the best.<\/p>\n

Our classes conclude by eating what has been cooked accompanied by some drinks. Please check before booking what is included and what is not.<\/p>\n

Recipes in PDF format<\/h3>\n

At the end of the class, we send the recipes by email in pdf format, so you don\u2019t lose them and you can practice at home.<\/p>\n
