Some of the stops and over 15 tastings include:   Seasonal fruits from Southern Spain.  Various types of table olives from Seville.  A variety of Iberian charcuterie, including of course Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico, made from pure Black Iberian pigs.  A selection of Spanish cheeses, like Manchego, our internationally renowned cheese.  Traditional Andalusian sweets.  A range of sherry wines, from the driest Manzanilla to the sweetest Pedro Xim\u00e9nez.  Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies.
