The seasonal menu includes 4 Andalusian tapas:\u00a0    Salmorejo (alternatively Gazpacho).\u00a0   Spinach with Chickpeas (alternatively Huevos a la Flamenca or Spanish Omelette).\u00a0   Codfish Fritters (alternatively Gambas al Ajillo).\u00a0   Iberian Pork Cheeks.\u00a0  All of our recipes can be\u00a0adapted to most dietary restriction. Please advise in advance if a change in the menu is required.
