This experience is suitable for all levels \u2014 from beginners who want to discover Spanish cooking to food lovers looking for an authentic gastronomic experience in Seville. During the class, you will prepare a selection of traditional Spanish dishes:    Salmorejo\u00a0\u2014 a classic Andalusian cold tomato soup (occasionally replaced by Gazpacho)  Spinach with Chickpeas\u00a0\u2014 a traditional Sevillian recipe (occasionally replaced by Huevos a la Flamenca, Cod Fritters, or Garlic Prawns)  Paella Valenciana\u00a0\u2014 prepared with chicken and seasonal vegetables(For vegetarian guests, we prepare a separate vegetable paella)  A light traditional dessert, such as lemon sorbet with cava  All our recipes can be adapted to dietary restrictions.
