To bring this vision to life, we chose a truly unique location: Triana Market in Seville, one of the city&#8217;s most iconic food markets. Renowned for its lively atmosphere and outstanding selection of fresh, local, and seasonal produce, the market provides the perfect setting for an authentic culinary experience. Being located inside the market makes us proud to be part of its long tradition as placeros (market vendors). In fact, we are one of the very few cooking schools in the world situated within a traditional food market.
