To do this, we chose a unique and unbeatable location: the Triana Market in Seville \u2014 a true culinary and cultural treasure of the city, known for its vibrant atmosphere and wide variety of fresh, local, and seasonal products. Our school is located inside this market, which makes us proud to be actual market vendors (&#8220;placeros&#8221;) and part of its rich history. In fact, we are one of the few cooking schools in the world located within a traditional food market.
