Tapas from Spain (evenings)
Tapas go from appetizers to sophisticated cuisine, served on a small portion. This 3 hours hands-on Spanish and Andalusian cooking class will consist on the prepatarion of 4 traditional tapas, followed at the end by a local dessert wine.
During the class, guests have the chance to get involved in the preparation of the dishes, guided by the expert cook. Classes are designed for both novice and experienced cooks that will be able to learn and develop new techniques and skills.
The Cooking Class will be done in English and will consist of the preparation of 4 tapas from the followings, depending on the season:
- Salmorejo. On some occasions alternatively we cook Gazpacho.
- Spinach with Chickpeas. On some occasions alternatively we cook Flamenco Eggs or Potato Omelet.
- Cod Fritters. On some occasions alternatively we cook Garlic Shrimps.
- Iberian pork cheeks. On some occasions alternatively we cook Potatoes with cuttlefish.
Sangria is made and served during cooking time and up to 2 drinks per person (wine, beer, soda, etc.) are offered with the meal. We offer a glass of Orange wine for dessert.
Please advise in advance if a change in the menu is required due to dietary restrictions or allergies.
Once back home, you will be able to practice what you have learnt. We will give you written recipes and lots of tips!
